      Pros

      Free arch supports. Lots of quiet time. That's it. Other than that I would not recommend. They are an absolute scam.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Literally refused to hire someone because they admitted to having ADD. They do not offer money back to customers unless you corner them. They don't pay time and a half for holidays. when it's slow and customers aren't coming in the managers blame you and threaten you.

      Grate Retail hours 10-6 Mon-Sat 11-5 Sun If you love to help people this is a Job for you good benefits . $12.00 an hr plus commission

      Cons

      Management needs help they have no idea of how to inspire you to do better so you are on your own. You must be good at follow up.
