      Pros

      Easy work, no high pressure sales tactics needed. The customer either get relief during the one on one consultation, or not. If they get relief, they usually buy.

      Cons

      The crew. Manager/assistant manager do not lead by example. No consistency.

      Pros

      Good salary, encouraged to take work breaks and leave on time and you receive arch support certification out of your training. As a store manager I was flown down to Newcastle and had my hotel room, flights and transport paid for which was also nice of the company.

      Cons

      Basic training for everyone regardless of position which excludes all the detail management needs to know, no reimbursement for resources unless you hassle, huge miscommunications and Chinese whispers is commonplace and the company plays favourites. Due to this, there is no equal treatments and you will get booted from the company (once they consult with Employsure) if someone doesn’t like you, regardless of performance. HIGH TURNOVER. The store, which opened on the 11th of Jan is now onto it’s 3rd manager and it’s only the beginning of March.
