Pros

Plenty to eat in the surrounding area

Cons

Upper management want a team effort but they will constantly frustrate you when you have a conversation with then on why this customer didn’t buy It’s a scam product with a mark up of over 300% and it’s a hard sell their vision statement is If a customer walks In, they have to buy something But everything being so overpriced, you are fighting for a sale of 16 dollar socks so you don’t have to deal with management Oh and the cameras they watch them all the time, they will call you in the middle of a presentation. Just to tell you what your doing wrong, followed by.. and this is why the store isn’t doing well You end up coming home wanting a shower because the bulk of your income is ripping off old people and it makes you feel dirty Toe hurts - 1400 dollars You got dementia — 2700 dollars What a rip off

Pros

None absolutely not a single thing👎

Cons

When I tell you run folks of color run this is not an equal opportunity business at all. Heavy on the racism, Lack of job security. Don’t trust anyone . From the trainer up to HR do not trust them they don’t want the best for you at all. One person you really want to stay away from is Jeff. That man is something else I tell you. Washed company. Slavery is over they do not clean their office cobwebs all over I got extremely sick working here I don’t advise you do this unless you want to be a slave who gets fired shortly after. Just run. The guy told me for the first time I met him that this was time to see if we needed to separate first words ever right after training if I’m lying I’m dying. You put the puzzle together. They hire kids this is for a high school kid not the sales job you want. The old people aren’t going to let you make a sale anyway.
