Hours are not ridiculously long

They expect you to sell $1400 arch supports to 80% of the people that walk into the store whether new customers or not.

Feels great to help people get out of pain. Fantastic hours for retail. Management and ownership truly care about the employees and clients. Great money and easy sales.

Cons

No benefits, but that's common for small family owned businesses.
