      Quick Start and good opportunity earnings for new sales persons. Did not provide consistent opportunity to improve sales skills, poor communication from ownership to employee.

      Cons

      Company is not interested in growth and development of existing employees outside the corporate level. Job security is not performance based.

      Pros

      We get to help others to feel amazing. There will be days of people crying and hugging you because of what you did and that's the best feeling. But, I have a life work balance as well. I've never had a manager that cared about my well being and mental health before and that definitely matters to me.

      You have down or bad days but what job doesn't.
