Pros

The money and the hours.

Cons

You will be tempted by the money and the hours, but do not let that fool you about this job. This company will not care about your well-being and they will not care about your family so it’s not conducive to work here, especially if you have young children. You’ll be asked to do a lot of things at this workplace that are not legal, including selling used product for new product.. You will sell product to people you know they don’t need and you will not tell them that it’s nonrefundable if they ask you defer. You are watched by cameras all day. They keep algorithms of your work behaviors, don’t let you see it, but then use it against you at the end of the month. you will say the same rehearsed sales technique over and over and over the entire time you were there. The company has been struggling for a while now and have made many many adjustments in the last two years, including a high turnover of employees. That goes for managers and sales floor reps. You will be under constant pressure to make your numbers and if you don’t, you will be let go. You won’t be allowed to use your vacation time during black out periods. You will be made to purchase the product and wear the product but the good news is you get a discount and it’s only gonna cost you 800+ that they will gladly take out of your paycheck for a year. FYI sales floor associates sometimes do not wear their supports or don’t wear them ever but lie to the customers telling them they do and how it solved their physical issues. The Charlotte area has four stores, most stores employee 2 to 3 at the most for employees, and in just a short year the turnover has been extremely high, and has had massive layoffs in the East Coast to the companies mismanagement of funds.

Pros

laid back with down time.

Cons

the pay was nowhere near what indeed posted and I was top salesman in my location for consecutive months, They also changed the pay structure for the worse out of nowhere with a greater chance to make less money than there was to make more money and disguised it as a "even playing field" and a "good change" when none of the employers agreed with the new pay structure. They asked for our feed back and took ZERO of it into consideration. Was forced to attend the same trainings over and over again cause they failed to keep track who joined the face time meetings. Then Fired me with no explanation or write up or anything of that nature which was odd since I was doubling second places sales.
