Working as a Store Manager at The Good Feet Store has been a rewarding experience. The company truly focuses on helping people improve their quality of life, and it’s fulfilling to see customers leave feeling better and more confident. The training and support I’ve received have helped me grow as both a leader and a sales professional. It’s a fast-paced environment, but the teamwork and positive culture make it enjoyable every day.

pay can be good but you will have no work life balance.

Cons

No work life balance and you will be discarded like trash. State that it is family first environment. This is true if the family is the owners and not your own family. Constant comp plan changes never the same. While I was with the company if you succeeded in a comp plan they switched it because you made to much money. Comp plan changed more than 15 times in the 2 years I was there.
