Great Job, better company

Pros

This company goes above and beyond for everyone in its fold. Leadership at every level makes personal investment in the growth of employees. Pay is beyond competitive. Training is incredibly in depth and continuous. The culture fostered in this company is one of cooperative growth. There is not one single person who won't go out of their way to help you grow and succeed here. This company provides the best work life balance I've seen, and has shown time and again they prioritize long term success in their employees over short term gains. All that said, the biggest pro is getting to go home at the end of the day knowing I've done something really good; and helped someone live a better life.

Cons

Biggest downside is not being able to help everyone. You will be pushed to grow and improve.

Pretty Great Job

Pros

Commissions were nice but still very low for a $1300 sale multiple times a day. Helping people was always nice.

Cons

People would get very angry about the no return policy, especially for something that costs 1300+
