Pay structure is decent. Hours are okay.

Cons

They are liars, build up a false reality, they play favorites with their favorite employees and yes men who suck up to management and jump when they say how high. They don't value employees opinions (they say they do) but they take into consideration and never implement. Guess it good for a person that wants to devote all their time to a disorganized company. They're policies change with circumstances. Be aware know what your getting yourself into.

Managers are selling managers and have to reach the same target as employees if you don’t reach your target possible termination .A lot of unethical behaviors in the workplace.
