Pros

Hourly pay was pretty good. Anywhere from $15-20/hour plus commission. Guaranteed Sunday's off.

Cons

Almost no benefits. There is no paid sick time/personal time. No insurance offered. Don’t offer paid holidays. And no paid vacation until after one year. For a business that loves to talk about being family owned, you are not treated like family unless you are related by blood.
