Great coworkers. Good work life balance. Good pay. Solid hours. Uniforms provided. Great store locations and compensation for driving. Yeah real good.

Cons

Higher ups made it hard to earn your commission. Misleading about clients and how easy sales are or how affordable the products are. Lots of micromanagement and daily memos contradicting exiting policies are changing them on the fly.
