Pros
I loved every client I had. The Managers in other stores were helpful, wonderful people. The bonus structure is phenomenal. They want you to succeed.
Cons
Company plays favorites. If you perform well you can do what you want which includes harassing your staff sexually and verbally. They tell you to avoid telling the customer the price of the product until they are in the middle of the store standing in front of everyone else and sometimes downright humiliating them. No weekends off. It’s a lot of micromanaging. Let’s not forget when I had a death in the family and called to report it I was told I would still ha e to come in and work on Saturday. To be fair I don’t think this happens at every location.
