Received an email for phone interview, an email whether you got the job or not

Cons

Marta is just rude and never lets you fully express yourself in an interview, I asked her about turn overs and micromanagement but she blamed the employees on their sales but it’s all sales

Decent pay, great hours for retail, helping people

Cons

Poor upper management, no communication (except to demand something), Selling used products, over priced, They pay commissions 6 weeks out to stiff you on fina pay when you decide to leave or get let go.
