Pros

Everyone is “nice”. The work is rewarding.

Cons

No leadership whatsoever. The place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Have never worked for such a dysfunctional organization. The 80ish year old woman who founded the place still thinks she’s relevant and trying to control things - bad idea.

Pros

People willing to help, always

Cons

Lack of willingness to listen and learn, why hire someone with the experience you want and then refuse to accept their help. Staff helps to remind me that I'm only a temp and seem to have little respect for anyone who has a different opinion. They pile the work onto staff and try to sell it as expanded experience but it's not. Follow through is lacking, treated like a 2nd class citizen, staff complains of being overworked yet criticize those who help, new CEO is far to focused on making money and alienates staff, and essentially, the are an unorganized screwed up mess. Misuse of money and slow payment for out of pocket expenditures (observed not experienced).
