Pros

Awesome culture here at the grounds guys. Everyone truly cares about the other person, including the customers. Management is easy to speak to, no matter what the subject is. All staff is great to work with.

Cons

The only cons really, is that the weather can be harsh at times. The freezing cold, or the blistering heat can have an impact on you. The elements are the toughest part.

Great culture, productive environment to work in, treats you like family. Teaches you to build a career not just a j-o-b and has high moral code with honesty.

Cons

It gets hot outside during the summer. Most of the time when it is raining, clients will invite you inside to talk about projects but always bring your umbrella just in case.

Company acts as family as well as a business so it makes it very enjoyable to go to work. Very understanding on family/sickness situations popping up unexpectedly, making it less stressful to need to ask off for those matters. Very responsive to issues on job sites or with issues in apps

Cons

Sometimes slow to fix vehicle issues, however easily overlooked by the pros.
