Pros

Nursing is supported at the highest level and has a robust shared governance! Our patients really rely on us and we need to continue to be that place.

Cons

Need to continue to be focused change and be progressive and not on the ways it used to be. Attract the best not just those that have always worked here

Pros

Management does a good job of listening to employee concerns and provide a variety of ways for employees to provide feedback/opinions. The pay, benefits, PTO are all reasonable. They treat their employees well.

Cons

There is never a shortage of work to be done (not a con if you like to stay busy). The parking on Sayre campus and taking a shuttle bus can be frustrating.
