Incredible Culture and Super Supportive

Pros

Everyone has been so supportive and kind. The culture of the company is what originally attracted me to the job and has not disappointed me. My team continuously supports me and checks in to help. I feel so comfortable around everyone at The HOTH and genuinely love coming to work every day.

- Incredible learning opportunities - Supportive people ON EVERY TEAM - Great location in St Petersburg - The HOTH makes sure that you have everything you need to be successful in your role - Truly comprehensive training - You get benefits - Family vibes but with work place boundaries - Monthly company wide meetings with all employees where recognition and praise is encouraged - People can flex their hours - Dog Friendly

Cons

- The base pay is lower than what is competitive in the market but there is a commission structure that helps to bring it up to a more competitive range. - First 6 months are in office, but after is hybrid
