Pros

Everyone has been so supportive and kind. The culture of the company is what originally attracted me to the job and has not disappointed me. My team continuously supports me and checks in to help. I feel so comfortable around everyone at The HOTH and genuinely love coming to work every day.

Pros

They had amazing support for their team, full benefits and 401K. 40 hour weeks

Cons

The position that was created for me was terminated so they let me go (with a full severance package) instead of re-working me into the old role I got promoted from or training me in something new.
