Good people to work with but financially unsustainable and non-motivating

Pros

- Good working environment - Good people who make you feel welcome - Flexibility with time off and working hours - Direct management is A+ - Direct management is open to new ideas and feedback - Fun office atmosphere with dogs in the office - Good opportunity to learn about SEO and client experience

Cons

- Low base pay is not competitive enough to be able to afford to live in the Tampa Bay area - Very rare opportunities to move up and advance your career, unless you force their hand with another job offer - This is more than an entry-level role, you are compensated as entry-level - No opportunity to get a raise in current position, or in most of the company - Compensation structure does not incentivize employees to retain clients - Underlying problems with products and services, many of which are behind the rest of the market - Even with a promotion you will be making far below the market rate - Intentionally hire people with less experience knowing that they can retain them longer with less pay - You can get your job done in 40 hours and not have to work overtime but it will be hard to produce high-quality work, employees that produce high-quality work are working overtime and are not compensated or recognized for it

Pros

- Incredible learning opportunities - Supportive people ON EVERY TEAM - Great location in St Petersburg - The HOTH makes sure that you have everything you need to be successful in your role - Truly comprehensive training - You get benefits - Family vibes but with work place boundaries - Monthly company wide meetings with all employees where recognition and praise is encouraged - People can flex their hours - Dog Friendly

Cons

- The base pay is lower than what is competitive in the market but there is a commission structure that helps to bring it up to a more competitive range. - First 6 months are in office, but after is hybrid

Everyone is excellent to work with and very friendly. Easy going environment and job.

Pay is minimal but if you put in work you can make a decent amount of money.
