I love everything about this company but most importantly the people. We truly have one team with one goal and support one another in the most sincere way! It never feels like mistakes will be held against you or accomplishments will be down played. You will always feel valued!

Cons

The only downside is that cost of living in the st Pete area is skyrocketing. The view and downtown office is amazing though!

-Company Culture that is unmatched -So much room for growth within the HOTH and its sister companies -Excellent Pay if you are writing within niche -Opportunities for bonus pay and other incentives like free HOTH merchandise

Cons

None. Literally none. I had to learn how to manage my time a bit better when ever I started as a topic creator back in like 2018. After that, it was smooth sailing :)
