Pros

A handful of really great people and a cool office

Cons

Below-market pay, toxic “we’re a family” type of culture that thinks free lunches build culture but not adequate time off to combat burnout. They say they trust their employees, but everything they actually do says the opposite.

Pros

decent onboarding & training experience decent medical & dental coverage

Cons

This company exhibits some of the worst business practices I've encountered with both employees and clients. Struggling to find a successful business model, they often utilize everyone as pawns. If you seek job security, do not work here. I witnessed 2-5 employees quitting each month and frequent periodic layoffs, which speaks volumes about the company's instability. (80 ish person full time head count, do the math) The workload is overwhelming and the pay is abysmally low, causing immense stress and dissatisfaction among employees. Their business practices are overall shady, and they often do not honor their promises or projections. They frequently change policies without warning, affecting numerous people. You won't find joy in your work here, as the company prioritizes profit over integrity, often at the expense of their clients and employees. Capitalism shows its ugly fangs in this environment. They have seriously misplaced values, prioritizing aesthetics over people's livelihoods. The managers here will micromanage you due to the millions of ever changing policies & procedures they use to manage the circus operation. The benefits are also very lackluster, with only 10 PTO days and limited perks aside from decent medical & dental coverage.
