Time management and the ability to work remotely.

Cons

A paltry payment that has never seen a raise in the past decade. No room for growth. No benefits. No real connection to the company or anyone who runs it. Workers are seen as utterly expendable. A soulless company in a dying industry in which remote workers have to fight for what few assignments are available.
