Pros

Everyone is incredibly friendly and always works their hardest. People are always in a great mood and that spreads around the whole office. Management does a great job making sure everyone has whatever they need to do their best job possible.

Cons

It can be a little stressful sometimes when there are a lot of different things going on all at the same time.

Pros

The Hoth is by far the greatest job I've ever had. The organization provides all the tools and guidelines to help each individual succeed. You are challenged to make decisions, and you're supported on them. Our work environment is always positive, and everything is done in a team effort. Truly the greatest career path I've chosen.

Cons

There is honestly nothing negative I can say about The HOTH.

Pros

I've worked for the HOTH for five years now. I began as a Freelancer and, now, I'm a full-time employee. I've never been so happy at any other company. Whether you work here as a contract employee or a full-time one, it's made crystal clear that you're of value here. Your thoughts/opinions matter. I can count several instances where all I had to do was send a quick email to management and they replied with a very obvious desire to help/make any situation better.

Cons

I know people will say, "Yeah, right. No job is perfect." But, I can say, without doubt, that every position I've held at this company has been enjoyable, profitable, and provided me with a great amount of peace/satisfaction.
