Pros

I have worked for several Technical Recruiting firms and by far The HT Group is one of the best to work for. The Account Managers have long standing, loyal clients that use them exclusively, with real requirements that need filling. They have a great reputation and are heavily involved in the Austin community. HT has developed a family like culture and you are not just a number, but they make you feel like you are real part of the company. Competitive pay, great work / life balance, free lunches, tailgating, team building events and many many more company perks!

Pros

Staff works hard to make things happen. They really care about their clients and candidates. They are really involved in the community in Austin. I attended one of their benefits for Dress for Success. They raised over $25,000 for the charity.

Cons
