      Pros

      They have friendly staffing managers, Quick turnaround from 1st interview to an available position in my case, no micro-managing, lot of different companies to choose from

      Cons

      Not enough high paying permanent positions that I'm qualified for, (most of that is my fault) and the uncertainty of losing a job, assignment unexpectedly and not able to find something else in time (not really their fault)

      Pros

      1. The employees at HT genuinely care about placing people in the RIGHT jobs. They're not just looking for a quick placement 2. Managers invest time and resources in people who are willing to work hard 3. HT has great clients and takes time to form relationships with each one 4. The CEO gets to know everyone, regularly brings treats (breakfast tacos, kolaches, etc.) and organizes appreciation events 5. The environment is a place where people work hard AND have fun! 6. The new Director of Operations places a large emphasis on training and efficiency

      Cons

      1. The three divisions (staffing, professional and technical) don't fully understand each others' jobs and roles 2. Employees get minimal holidays, however PTO is generous

      Great Staffing Firm to Work for in Austin!

      Pros

      The HT Group is a great place to work in Austin, TX. This company tries its best to make the employees feel rewarded and part of the team. We work with wonderful clients and try to provide the best candidates for the jobs available. Great perks and I love the company culture!

      Cons

      I honestly don't have any cons. Best staffing firm I have ever worked for.
