Pros

Starting to embrace IDE and salary transparency

Cons

Still lacking diversity, salaries and opportunities for growth are a well kept secret for a chosen few. Still using the corporate jargon “be a team player” as a way to get more work out of people for less.

Overworked and underpaid

Pros

Nice colleagues. Office amenities ok.

Cons

We were over worked and the expectations were unrealistic. They appear to promote men over women with a few token women as the exception. The raises are low and below industry standard as is the starting salary. The bonuses are also below industry standard. They do not provide sufficient support staff and don't seem overly interested in what their employees have to say.

Pros

The company itself is great. Decent benefits, the pay is okay, and the company does a lot of extra stuff like food truck festivals, blood drives, etc all during work hours so you get paid for this stuff.

Cons

NEVER work in the PL CSC. The managers promise promotions and then *oops* something changes in the company and it’s no longer an option. They told half the CSC that there was no money in the budget for raises but half the department got them. They also stop the good employees from getting other jobs/positions because they want to keep them for themselves. Management drove me away. I exceeded my goals, I had excellent reviews, and because of that, it made management look good and they’d block any promotion I went for.
