Pros

Flexible PTO Property and Casualty licenses are paid for by the company

Cons

No room for advancement Toxic local environment fueled by office politics Misleading bonus compensation Basically a call center. If you're looking to have a job simply to get a paycheck and work in the same position without any thoughts of vertical advancement, then this is the perfect position for you. But if you actually care about your career path and do not want to see yourself working in the same position for 20 years, then it's best if you chose another position/company or rethink your career choices entirely.
