Pros

Innovative wellness programs including custom live guided meditations, a virtual and onsite garden clubs, lgbtqa friendly benefits, flex work arrangements. Co-workers are, caring, smart and hard workers.

Cons

Inconsistent work experiences based on department/manager. Not enough women/minorities in leadership. However there are initiatives to improve this.

Pros

Bennies are not bad for the industry, especially 401k. PTO days are hard to work with.

Cons

Way too many disconnected systems and work arounds. People leave and don't get replaced by the same experience. Managers can't deal with it all. Everyone who works in a claims departments knows there's always too much work - job security at least - but here it's really hard.

Pros

401(k) with employer match, employee stock purchase plan with 10% discount, gym facilities on campus

Cons

Inflexible attendance policy - any more than 5 instances of calling out, whether for sick time, needing to take care of a child who is home from school for a snow day or being sick themselves, or any other reason, can and will be held against you when the company is considering you for a promotion, a new position you apply to elsewhere in the company, or for a raise at yearly review. Managment has a tendency to not be transparent about various decisions and to roll out changes without fully taking into consideration how this will affect the ability of the people working under them to actually do their jobs.
