Pros

Sales bonus opportunity, very good PTO, months of training before beginning role. Company does not hesitate to invest in you as an employee.

Cons

Management was constantly changing, did not feel like an actual Hanover employee (role was glorified call center rep and tended to not provide time for various company wide events)

Pros

Pretty good pay and benefits. The people I work with are great.

Cons

Not as flexible as the appear to be, hate being tethered to a phone that tracks every second of your day and simply going on break late or the bathroom too much cause adherence to be off which in return management has to discuss with you. They "give" you 80 hrs of sick time but if you over 40 hrs, you get a verbal and written warnings that could result in termination. Had to be a working mom and take sick time for kids than when you get sick you don't have time for yourself.
