Pros

Monday to Friday work with flexible schedules Nice co workers and beautiful campus. In Worcester with free parking Pay is reasonable

Cons

Recently took away 10 days off from all employees. Reducing the paid time off by almost 33%! The worst part is how they treat employees like idiots and tell us that the loss of 10 days is actually a good thing because we now have mlk and Presidents' Day off.

People are genuine and great to work with.

Cons

Leadership. Top down driven. Do not accept input from field. They've recently taken away many benefits - internet reimbursement, maybe company cars and now have gone to PTO which has reduced employee vacation, holiday and sick time.

Cons

promotion are few and far between. Management needs more training on how to retain talent. people are leaving for better opportunities. Promote from within!
