Pros

It is a big company with lots of different avenues, the benefits are decent with 6% 401k match. They just severely cut PTO though. If you're looking for position in Insurance you can learn a lot.

Cons

The outsourcing is so sad and really speaks for who the company is. Where they is money to be saved your job will likely be cut. The job itself is also a soul sucking call center job where the management is not very understanding of what the job is asking if you. You are micro managed to the highest extent and too many bathroom breaks and cause concern. The company itself seems to have a revolving door even upper management.

Lack of additional training, low salary, and when you are promised additional training often times they don’t deliver. It’s discouraging for growth
