Pros

The job was an Easy job

Cons

The personal lines customer service center is a black hole. No one got promoted, they either left the company or did a lateral move in a different department

Pros

I worked in the technology department. I thought the leadership was great. They definitely rewarded strong workers through bonuses. It was a great company starting my career in. They put a lot of time and money into training and developing their employees.

Cons

The only thing that was a con was work life balance could be a challenge. As a technology employee you were expected to work on a weekend about once a month due to deploying new technology into their systems. The pay was somewhat competitive for the location but they'd always try to low ball you.
