A great place for advancement and a top notch corporate environment. Great benefits round out this company as a great place to begin your career in the industry.

Cons

The downside at working in Hanover is that there is a lack of technological upgrades when compared to other companies in the field. The use of old software and equipment can hinder your productivity.

Great people. Huge focus on employee development, retention and engagement for the HR and leadership teams. Great leaders that care about their people. Truly exceptional work life balance. Fun place to work, great environment.

Cons

Not much that I can see at the moment. We are going through some leadership transitions with the departure of our CEO who has lead a very successful turnaround and we recently had a tragic loss of our CFO. I'm confident that existing leaders such as Jack Roche, Lavey and Christine Peterson will lead through and select a CEO who will take THG to the next level.
