Opportunities to move throughout the company Strong culture and clear direction Flat organization with access to senior management Good work life balance (most people leave at 5 and don't log on at home)

Cons

Older workforce unwilling to embrace new ideas Slow to invest in new technologies Has not embraced new work environments (i.e. employees given desktops not laptops, employees not allowed to work from home, etc.)

Pros

Great company that cares about its employee's and gives them the tools to be successful and career growth. Excellent management from top to bottom. Great training program.

Cons

Really can't say anything bad about the company. One con would be having to be available to agents basically 24/7 through your work cell phone, but it's really not that bad.
