Pros

Managers have an open door policy. It's a very warm and welcoming environment to work in. I feel lucky to be working here.

Cons

Sometimes managers focus more on negative work issues rather than the positive. No other cons

Pros

They used to be a good salary company. As years have passed, experience in the field means nothing to them.

Cons

Get agreements in writing for protection. Everything is monitored, micro managed beyond belief. Goals are unrealistic and in most cases not obtainable. Some managers do not have the experience therefore do not provide adequate support on underwriting topics, questions and or referrals.
