Perpetually Understaffed

Pros

Lot of focus on work "culture", most of the people here are pleasant to work with and like helping others. Benefits are good, hybrid work schedule. Regular company meetings to discuss company standing.

Cons

APD is just constantly understaffed, causing work load to be high for the employees that do stay with the company, making this a pretty stressful position. I don't feel management has a real understanding of how many people are really needed for this position because at company meetings they are always saying we are close to being fully staffed. Pay is at the lower end for adjusters in my location. There needs to be a dedicated customer service team to handle incoming calls, and there isn't.

Pros

Hybrid work environment Nice coworkers Easy systems to work on

Cons

No appreciation from management on the hard work that was done, the more work I did the less was appreciated, the ones that did less got promoted. Very little yearly raises, quantity over quality
