Lot's of resources

Pros

Great investment in their employees, good resources for training, education, charity. Other perks such as working from home.

Cons

Some managers only pay lip service to company's actual values and ideals, and are not held to the high standards of true leadership. To some managers, results matter more than the people, and once you're on their bad side, I'd start looking for another job.
