Pros
Are there any Pro's anymore with this company? As a long term employee I guess my having a pension is a plus. Not something a new employee will benefit. Working from home is a plus.
Cons
Newbies, talk to your grandparents on how the company they worked for treated them. You will never get the same respect at a company anymore. You don't have a name, you have a number. While time is taken away and bonuses are becoming a thing of the past so are raises for hard working long term employee's. New people getting hired are making almost the same salary as an employee with years invested in the company. Forget about knowledge, they don't listen to the long term employees who have the knowledge. It is a political world and this company is at the top!
