Pros

The employees are great to work with. Very friendly and helpful and will go out of your way to help you succed. The training program is good and helps you learn the systems quickly.

Cons

High turnover rate due to tough expectations. Not unusual to have a large class of hires come through and weed out a few within the first couple of months. Can be a high stress environment and little accountability which is frustrating.

Company continuing to grow profitably. Benefits are good and generally at, or better than, industry standards.

Cons

Lack of a defined career progression, and HR tends to be more of a blocker than an ally. Organization is very top-heavy from a management perspective. Professional culture and work ethic varies wildly between departments. Company is too ingrained in the old way of doing things, which disparages new ideas/views.

Pros

Great benefits, pay and flexible. Managers are great and out of office system is great so you won't come back from vacation feeling overwhelmed or far behind. The company really looks out for your well being. Wellness center, gym where there are fit challenges, massage chairs. Really interactive and informative upper management

Cons

Claims loads sometimes aren't manageable. They are understanding but sometimes it can be discouraging. Although I feel like that's the "beauty" of claims. I think it can be better with hiring more adjusters
