Pros

Hanover has made considerable strides over the past five years towards breaking out of the regional carrier image. Salary is standard to the industry. The 401k match is better than the industry. Growth potential is good for people in the Future Leaders Program. The employees are very nice and are key to the success of the company.

Cons

The systems are very challenging and require many work arounds. The work arounds are time consuming and do not improve or increase revenue.
