      Good Benefits, Good people, good civic leader, gives back to the community

      Cons

      Absolute culture of micromanagement. Rampant ageism. If you're over 30, forget it. Unless you're okay with showing up, doing the same thing year in and out with no shot at advancement , professional development or growth. They reserve that for the under 30 crowd.

      It was a decent job while it lasted. If you want a foot into understanding insurance it's a good way in.

      Pros

      Smaller insurance company. Nice incentives for employees. Great holiday parties.

      Cons

      As an ISP, Anyone with Good sales advances automatically. They don't really tend to look at what was done the right way or in favor for the customer. Upper management cares about sales, and average handle time. Typical call center environment except in a smaller environment.
