Pros

They give you a paycheck that’s it.

Cons

This company is awful for anyone with morals. They try to push an agenda of woke ideas that include ESG & making anyone not a minority feel like they are less. Funny thing is I’m a minority and I was very uncomfortable with the agenda set. If your a Christian you will be forced to participate in this agenda and your beliefs don’t matter. I was confronted by a manager when I didn’t want to participate in pro LBGQ activities. I felt uncomfortable with all of this and have since left the company. They also work you to the bone and always seem to find a reason or way expect more 60+ claims a month with inspections expected.
