      Pros

      Large company that works on very unique projects.

      Cons

      The Salt Lake location needs help especially in their water division. Lack of understanding what it takes to work in the Utah Market. The office doesn't really speak to each other in the water division. I'd go days without being spoken to. Trying to be managed from Florida isn't going to work.
