      Technology is excellent. The IT help is great. Benefits are very nice too.

      Cons

      No life. The hours expected allow for little time away from work. Underpaid and overworked.

      The company has good benefits, fair pay, and try to keep the employees inform on what is happening with the company.

      Cons

      As a engineer, you are always on call with the construction team and there seems to be a double standard for some people at the office

      Pros

      They promote learning and licensure. Able to work at your own pace. Flexible hours. Good benefits. Nice building and good location on Riverwalk.

      Cons

      Hard to advance. Easy to get pigeon holed into certain tasks. Communication was lacking in some areas. Seems to be a lot of favoritism. Bonuses are heavily weighted out to construction more than A/E.
