      Pros

      You will work alongside top-notch individuals. The staff at Haskell is elite and you will learn a great deal. It's a very cooperate environment (in a good way) with a fast pace (feels like you're working at big firm with tons of people around you hitting deadlines, etc.). Certainly not a boring place.

      Cons

      At Haskell there is a considerable amount of Execs, VP's, and Directors that are not job costed. Therefore, a good amount of overhead is required to support these higher salaries. The result is that lower/middle tier employees don't get paid well. You will be working your tail off for much less. However, if you advance to a more senior level you will be paid very well.

      Pros

      Flexible with hours. Mostly good people. Provided a lot of latitude to get the job done the best way you see fit.

      Cons

      Disconnect with OCE and actual operations. ESOP returns and worse than market and riskier in long run. OCE funds their bonus when there are bad years which hurts ESOP and takes money out of the pockets of average employees. Corporate Activism. Very poor communication. A lot of layoffs (there is no such thing as "Haskell Family"
