      - Type of work is great - Great Training - Compensation is great, higher than industry standard - Benefits are the best in the industry

      Cons

      - Not willing to work with employees on personal issues, including FMLA - When employees bring up issues, not willing to listen - Only care about management and promoting their management - High Expectations that are not realistic - If you're willing to be paid well but hate your job, this is the place to work!
