-Stressful work environment with little to no support -No clear set goals, when goals are given, they are forgotten within two weeks -Pushback on asking for vacation time, was never once able to take a day off without my phone going off about work because no one else answered their phone -If someone leaves, works gets absorbed to other employees instead of finding a replacement -Always on call, never have a chance to disconnect -Disorganized management, they never give clear expectations and whenever they ask you to conduct research, it never gets reviewed and projects do not move forward -Extreme micromanagement, can never get anything done without feeling doubt or having to walk on eggshells to get things done -Management focuses on miniscule issues of the property instead of actually taking care of severe issues that guests constantly bring up
