Pros

- Pretty good hourly wage for the peninsula, at least when I was employed. - Beautiful work location. - A lot of hands-on work if you want to work in hospitality.

Cons

- Management is broken. A lot of mistakes made by the higher-ups cost guest and employee satisfaction. Very disorganized. - If you have a bad manager, you will have a bad time. BUT there are good managers.

Pros

Free Food I guess? Northern Michigan really is beautiful so I guess that is something too. Glen Arbor is a nice town.

Cons

The people! The hours! The management (or lack there of) Not a place you want to work. They are rude and inflammatory and all want to leave that place as much as you will.
