Bonuses aren’t given to salesman their given to secretaries and higher ups that don’t bring the money in for the company. Jobs are posted and their given to people who they want. Others aren’t even given an interview process. Many managers are given positions based on how upper management likes them. Not on experience or what fellow co workers think about them. They want to do as less work as possible and have terrible old school mentalities. Positions are given to people with no experience and no background in the fields. There’s key account managers and upper management that haven’t been working in the industry for more then a year. Company makes too many across the board strategies that don’t work in several territories making it impossible to sell certain items. No checks and balances.
