Run don’t walk away from this place. What was once a wonderful family company has changed into a place where good employees a gaslit and demeaned at every level

The pay and benefits are great

Cons

Training is minimal and extremely inconsistent. Very little guidance provided during onboarding. Quotas are extremely high and stressful. Employees often skip breaks to meet quotas. Write-ups happen very easily and unfairly. Communication with management is very poor. Warehouse cleanliness and organization are neglected. Reporting injuries can feel very unsafe. Constant pressure to push your body. Frequent new hires without proper onboarding.
